We are LB Finance, are you a meticulous and skilled Information Security Analyst with a passion for Information Security and Cybersecurity governance? We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a pivotal role reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer's Office. The Role
- Ensure Information Security policy and related procedures are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards, fostering a culture of security excellence.
- Conduct thorough Information Security reviews, covering technological landscapes and specific areas in adherence to the ISMS framework, ensuring compliance with our IS policy and regulatory requirements.
- Drive our vulnerability assessment process, ensuring comprehensive scanning coverage according to our established calendar, and diligently oversee remediation actions taken by our IT team.
- Deliver engaging and Informative Information Security awareness sessions to end-users, empowering them to become proactive guardians of our digital assets.
- Offer expert advisory support and define control requirements for key technology transformation projects, ensuring robust information security and cybersecurity measures are integrated.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of our information security and cybersecurity controls, enabling continuous improvement. Lead our Data Leakage Prevention Program, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a solid background of 4-5 years in Information Security/ IT Governance domains, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex security landscapes.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field, supplemented by industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 LA.
- Exhibit sound knowledge of IT infrastructure components including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Antimalware, EDR, SIEM, and DLP, along with familiarity with cloud technologies and database management.
- Display proficiency with industry frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, CIS, NIST, leveraging them to enhance our security posture.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a detail-oriented approach focused on accuracy and quality.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
