Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Identify revenue opportunities and develop appropriate measures to exploit these opportunities in all relevant segments.
- Steer sales promotion activities based on defined action plans.
- Lead a sales team to deliver excellent customer service through engagement, motivation, coaching and leadership.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Keep an open mind to new ideas and ways of conducting business, while focusing on the company's goals and business plan.
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or business management background.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Aircargo sales, Logistics or Airline industry related sales.
Preferred skills:
- Must be able to lead employees and provide guidance and direction. Ability to troubleshoot performance and lead process improvement.
- Skilled in interpersonal communications, leadership, delegation, collaboration, critical-thinking, and problem solving.
- Strong client management skills and negotiation skills.
