Call Centre Staff

  • Age 18-28
  • A sound Educational background with GCE A/L, and participation in extracurricular activities
  • GCE(O/L) Examination with three (03) credit passes
  • GCE (A/L) Examination at least with two subject passes
  • Preference will be given to applicants with fluency in two languages - Sinhala, English and fluency in Tamil language will be an added advantage
  • Basic computer literacy
  • School leavers are also encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work in shifts on roster basis
