EXECUTIVE - WAREHOUSE

  • Location - Teejay Lanka Prints - Avissawella

We are looking for an Executive - Warehouse to assist the process in the Warehouse and drive for Operational Excellence to align with the organizational vision and mission.

The Job

  • Monitor and control all warehouse-related issues effectively in order to cater external and internal customer requirements.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of resources for the effective and efficient functioning of both warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment of production requirements.
  • Closely work with Planning & Commercial team and Monitor all incoming materials in advance to maintain effectiveness & efficacy of the process.
  • Prepare all stock counts reports, schedules, and assign tasks to the cycle count team and perform random stock counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
  • Inspect and audit tasks performed by warehouse team leaders & associates to guide them to perform duties efficiently & accurately.
  • Prepare required weekly and monthly stock reports.
  • Follow up all incoming and outgoing material flow.

The Person

  • 2 years or above experience in the similar category.
  • Qualified in a bachelor's degree including the subjects of Supply chain management / Material management/Logistic management.
  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Work experience with ERP systems. (mainly SAP).
  • Should also be proactive, assertive, and self-driven with the ability to work in pressurized situations.
  • Task prioritization, time management, Project management, multitasking ability and result-oriented while being a good team. player.
