Your Job responsibility is to ensure expected production targets effectively and efficiently while motivating people by creating an appropriate work environment for them.
The ideal candidate should
- Good passes in A/L in Science/Mathematics stream & passed chemistry
- Be between 20 - 27 years of age
- Previous experience in supervisory capacity would be a definite advantage
- Good communication skills, leadership skills, analytical skills for problem solving and strong interpersonal skill
- Should be able to work long hours
- Preference will be given candidates close to the respective factories
