MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER - OPERATIONS

  • Ventura BPO is specialized in assisting organizations through services such as accounting, taxation, budgeting, reporting, company secretarial services and streamlining of processes and best practices.
  • We are an Approved Training Organization (Non-Public Sector) of CA Sri Lanka.

MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER - OPERATIONS

  • Preferably a Graduate in Finance / Management, or fully partly qualified in CASL/CIMA/ACCA.
  • 4-5 Years hands on experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent Knowledge in Accounting Functions and Computer Literacy.
  • Good command in English, communication skills and good personality.
  • Should posses people management skill.
  • Previous experience in BPO company will be an added advantage.

TEAM LEADER

  • Preferably a Graduate in Finance / Management or partly qualified in AAT/CASL/CIMA/ACCA.
  • 2-3 Years hands on experience in a BPO company.
  • Excellent Knowledge in Accounting Functions and Computer Literacy.
  • Good command in English, communication skills and good personality.
  • Should posses people management skill.
  • Age below 40 years.
