Positions Available:
- Chef/Sue Chef/Demi Chef/Cook/Commi 25y-50y
- F & B Attendant / Assistant Manager/Waiters 25y-50y
- Kitchen Trainee / Apprentice/Helper 16-25 y
Requirements:
Completed a Diploma or NVQ Level qualification with a Minimum of 5 - 10 years of kitchen background.
Knowledge of Preparing, Storage, Ordering, Stock rotation, Hygiene is a must with the capability of leading and working within a team.
Ability to work under pressure, reliable, flexible and responsible.
Training in food safety.
Experience with long shifts.
Previous restaurant experience for all positions.
Fluent talking in Sinhala and English.
Success with customer service.
Diploma or Course in Hospitality for manager position.
A/L or O/L for Kitchen Trainee position.
