  • Configuring and Managing Office 365.
  • Working with Windows Servers.
  • Working with MS Exchange Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO Management, WSUS IIS & ISA servers.
  • Working with Desktop OSS like Windows & MacOS.
  • Working with Mobile Devices like Android Phones and iPhones.
  • Handling Data Backup technologies.
  • Working with virtualisation technologies.
  • Troubleshooting laptop and desktop hardware.
