Marine suites is a prime apartment complex in Colombo Marine Drive. It contains 70 rooms and service apartments. It is a subsidiary of Dinapala Group.

RESIDENT MANAGER
- Past minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Ability to work in a computerized environment/ Familiar with Property management system (PMS)
- Outstanding interpersonal service skills
- Ability to implement standard operating procedures
- Professional qualification from a recognized institution
HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE
- Past minimum 2 years in housekeeping leadership role
- Closely monitor cleaning process of rooms and public areas
- Monitor housekeeping and laundry daily activities
- Maintain and communicate procedures regarding the chemical usage, and care of linens
- Closely communicate with maintenance to make sure rooms are in order
