Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding the right hardware products to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Utilize digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising to promote Janatha Steels' products.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and updating records.
  • Coordinate and oversee outgoing deliveries of hardware products.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
