Social Media Content Creator
Sri Lanka
Monday to Friday
12.00pm to 9.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and develop original concepts across all social media sites (e.g., TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). Film and edit short-form videos showcasing company events, culture, products, or services (as needed).
- Stay on top of the latest TikTok and Reels trends, audio, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that supports campaigns and initiatives.
- Track performance metrics of the content and suggest improvements.

- Hybrid Model (min. 3 in-office days)
- Willing to travel outside Colombo when required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation.
- Passionate about social media and have a strong understanding of the TikTok and Instagram landscapes.
- Proficient with video editing software would be an added advantage (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
