Student Counsellor
Responsibilities
- Handling queries of new students, prospective students and providing them with proper guidance
- Handling student registration
- Follow up with student queries received from the call center, social media, and other sources
- Maintaining up to date information regarding all our programmes
Requirements
- Passed GCE A/L
- Minimum one year experience in sales & marketing
- Prior experience in the private higher education sector will be an added advantage
- Good PR & communication skills
- Age below 28
