Norfolk Foods (Pvt) Ltd is a leading frozen food manufacturer under the brand of 'Crescent'. Norfolk is a collaborative partner of Charoen Pokphand Foods PLC (CP Foods Thailand, one of the world's leading agro-industrial and food conglomerate headquartered in Thailand and the largest integrated food producer in Asia). In our rapid expansion, we are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in visually communicating our brand identity, crafting appealing designs for marketing materials, and supporting our overall marketing initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Design and develop visually appealing graphics.
- Work together with the marketing team to fulfill design requirements, objectives, and target audience to create effective visual solutions.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate its message.
- Work closely with external agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure the timely production and delivery of high-quality printed materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Being up to date about design trends, industry standards, and competitive designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience in video editing is an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A degree or diploma or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Compelling portfolio showcasing your diverse range of work/projects handled.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate design choices effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch designs.
- Strong creative thinking abilities, translating ideas into visual designs.
