Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Management, or related field
- 3+ years proven experience in healthcare operations, administration, and business development, preferably in a managerial role
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the medical centre, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Managing administrative functions, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Leading marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and community organizations
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion
