We provide management consulting and other professional business services to Renowned Australian Businesses

This is an exciting opportunity for two high performing Finance and Commercial Managers, based in Sri Lanka to join our value-driven, high-performing, elite team to work remotely to serve Australian based clients, working partially to Australian business hours.

You MUST HAVE the following skills and experience to be considered:

  • Handling first-time new tasks with zero errors
  • Be the front person for Accounting/Finance process migration from clients in Australia to Sri Lanka (You will be the first person understanding the processes, performing it hands-on for the first three months and baselining it; This is not about marketing or monitoring/reviewing tasks)
  • Have high emotional intelligence and effective communication skills (email and verbal) to win over demanding, sometimes emotional, and fast-paced clients.
  • Taking precautions to eliminate customer dissatisfaction in accounting and finance process deliverables Independently winning back confidence after escalation/negative feedback received from a client using meetings and written mail communication.
  • Mature and strong understanding of the importance of the presentation of a document/report/mails etc (format, alignment, uniformity in colours/font/ size)
  • Understanding the sense of urgency from the client point of view
  • Efficient in covering hours for the week (Hours you work for the week should all be efficient and be at the benchmark expected in developed countries)
  • Willingness to focus on completing work and covering the extra hours when needed
  • Take pride in the work they do and love accounting.
  • A motivator encouraging other team members to deliver client expectations and work the extra hours required in the finance and accounting profession.
  • Have the mindset both of a pathfinder and a path follower.

QUALIFICATIONS/OTHER SKILLS

  • Member of CIMA, ACCA, CA, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated successful experience as a finance/accounting manager and 10 years of total work experience in Finance, Accounting, and Business Management
  • Directly liaising with overseas clients in developed countries' high standard workplaces for a minimum of 2 years (Australia, UK, USA, Canada)
  • Pleasant, and sociable, with highly developed interpersonal, teamwork, and social skills
  • Self-driven personality with strong work ethics
  • Very good English, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
  • Ability to learn fast, both independently and under the guidance of managers
