Executive - Production
Job Description:
- Oversee daily production activities, including monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet specified standards and customer requirements
- Manage inventory levels of work-in-progress to ensure uninterrupted production flow while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize waste. This includes optimizing machine utilization, manpower allocation, and material usage to improve overall efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Monitor and ensure production performance
- Provide leadership and direction to production staff
- Develop production schedules and plans in coordination with the planning manager and operations manager. This involves determining resource requirements, such as manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production goals efficiently
Core Requirements:
- Degree in Production engineering/ Industrial Management/Applied science or any other discipline in science
- Minimum one year of experience in production / manufacturing entity
- Proficiency in Advance Excel applications
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organization, and leadership skills
- Age below 30 years
