Role Overview:

As the HR Manager for Transport and Logistics, you will be the driving force behind our people operations. From recruitment to performance management, you'll strategize and implement HR programs that align with our business objectives and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Attend end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment
  • Drive performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and development
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, resolving issues and promoting a culture of trust and collaboration
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and design relevant programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience, at least five years, as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the transport and logistics industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change initiatives
