Junior Executive - Regulatory

Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents for household insecticides and personal care products, ensuring compliance with ROP requirements.
Support the maintenance of product registrations, renewals, and amendments.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor and stay up to date with changes in ROP and NMRA legislation and regulatory requirements and provide updates to the team.
Assist in preparing responses to regulatory queries and requests for additional information.
Participate in regulatory meetings and training sessions as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to regulatory activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and procedures within the organization.

Key Requirements

Advanced level in Bio-Stream or Agri-Stream is preferable, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related disciplines is an added advantage.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the household insecticides sector.
Strong understanding of the Registrar of Pesticide's (ROP) legislation and regulatory requirements, and an understanding of the NMRA's legislation and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
Ability to cultivate constructive relationships with ROP and other regulatory bodies.
Capability to handle technical matters effectively with regulatory bodies.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Microsoft Office packages.
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
