Accounts Executive
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and Reconcile Bank Statements and oversee Control Accounts.
- Provide Support to Prepare Monthly Financial Reports.
- Maintain fixed assets register including assets capitalization, disposal, and Monthly depreciation process.
- Ensure Compliance with accounting Principles, Standards & regulations and Assist with Audit Matters.
Minimum 4-5 years' experience with Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Regulations.
Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office, Particularly Ms. Excel.
- Hands-on experience in Quick Books will be an added advantage.
Supply Chain Executive
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Coordinate import/export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
- Liaise with third parties like freight forwarders, clearing agents, courier companies, other related companies, and Authorities to ensure timely & accurate import/export processes.
- Optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize associated costs.
- Obtaining import licenses and approvals from different Authorities.
- Marine insurance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for documentation and Handling Refund of Container Deposits.
- Grant vehicle & driver passes from Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
- Product costing.
Full or part qualified in Supply Chain or Logistics Management will be an added advantage.
3+ years of experience in import and export operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and Proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge of import regulations, HS classification BOI & TIEP will be an added advantage.
