TECHNICAL WRITER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Working with internal teams on project solution documentation.
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
- Create and maintain the information architecture.
- Adheres to and updates in-house style guide.
- Creates infographics and screenshot markups.
- Works closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and marketing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven working experience in technical writing in the software industry.
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to details.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- A rudimentary understanding of AI concepts, cloud infrastructure, and software development architecture.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
