We're looking for 3 passionate and experienced IT Technical Recruiters to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and close deals for AI/ML positions.
- Client Management: Partner with hiring teams as trusted advisors, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage recruiting data to optimize processes and influence hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (software, hardware, data science, security).
- Experience managing senior stakeholders (Sr. Manager to Director level).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and drive towards clarity.
Skills:
- Workday Recruiting proficiency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics.
- Experience pulling and utilizing recruiting data effectively.
- Deep understanding of Software Engineering (Technical) recruiting (Non-IT or Engineering domain experience not required).
