QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Daiki Axis Environment (Pvt) Ltd., a Japanese 100% Own Company with Local Collaboration. Sri Lanka's Premier Wastewater Management and Solution Provider, Request Applications from Qualified Persons for The Above Position.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
- Preparations of new rate breakdown.
- Preparing Subcontractors' payment certificates.
- Tender Document Preparation
Requirements:
- Professional/academic qualification relating to Quantity Surveyor.
- (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent)
- He Must have a Minimum of 05 years of experience in the construction industry. Knowledge about current market rates & tender process.
- Work experience in Water Supply, Wastewater Treatment or MEP field will be an added advantage
- Taking measurements. Carrying out technical work.
- Giving instructions to workers and subcontractors.
- Age 25-35, Male applicants are preferred.
- Fair Knowledge of (English Oral and Writing)
Salaries & Benefits:
- Salary - Negotiable according to the qualification and experience.
- Medical and Life Insurance after 6 Month Probation Period
