Inbound Travel Executive - Colombo
We create custom travel plans for a mix of culture and adventure. From the tedious work of flight booking, visa applications, and insurance covers to the finer details of tour planning and reservations. We are looking for a competent Inbound Travel Executive in Colombo to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Crafting personalised Inbound holiday packages.
- Prepare travel itineraries
- Originates and maintains hotel, car, and air grids and manages all unexpected changes to travel plans.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries and provide quotations as per guest requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Customer care and administration skills.
- Great oral and written communication skills in English.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Well-experienced in the International travel market, group and individual tour arrangements, holidays, etc.
- Should be between the ages of 25 to 35.
- Living within close travelling distance to Colombo is preferred.
