Intern Production Engineer
Competencies:
- Design basic 3D Models of Hardware and Electronic Components using SolidWorks
- Generate Blueprints of CAD Models using SolidWorks
- Create BOMS of Product Assemblies using SolidWorks
- Fabricate and smoothen 3D printed parts using sanding and grinding and painting
- Coordinate and source sample parts from suppliers
- Prepare the production schedule and budget to mass manufacture products
- Maintain a database of manufacturers and suppliers
- Gather 3 or more quotations from manufacturers and suppliers for each part
- Coordinate and push suppliers and manufacturers towards their delivery deadlines
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or a diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or any other related Technical Field
- 3D CAD Design capabilities and basic usage of software like SolidWorks will be an added advantage
- Communication skills to work with other engineers in the team
