Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
- A Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business management or administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of software development process would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in use of word processing, spreadsheet & presentation software.
