Qualifications
- IATA/UFTAA Foundation or Diploma in Airline Ticketing and Reservations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing, reservations, and exchanges.
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system, preferably Apollo or Sabre. Corporate Reservations experience with high-end clients preferred, not required.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
