TOUR CONSULTANT
Tour Consultant
Olanka Travels is a premier travel company operating a very successful B2C business in Sri Lanka over the last nine years with a global presence in the UK, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Australia. We are seeking for talented Tour Consultants to provide attractive tailor made travel arrangements to our world wide travelers visiting global holiday destinations
Job profile
- Prompt engagement with our customers (travelers) around the world over phone calls and emails
- Gather travel requirements from customers
- Offer quotes and travel itineraries using our systems
- Provide travel consultation to travelers over the phone
The candidate profile
- Diploma / Degree in the field of tourism and hospitality or any other related qualification from a recognized university or private institute
- Minimum one-year work experience from any relevant field
- Excellent command in English Language (spoken & written)
- Travel exposure within Sri Lanka & Overseas will be a definite advantage
- Having high level of interpersonal skills with an exemplary customer care personality
- Great attitudes for learn, grow fast and adopt into our culture
