QUALIFICATIONS
- Following or completed a bachelor's degree in computer hardware and networking.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer hardware and networking.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, and Linux.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Sinhala and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
