QUALITY CONTROL
Ackzrne Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a SLSI & ISO certified manufacturer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles/closures and has been engaged in B2B business for decades. The Company also in the process of setting up large scale export project. Ackzrne is a part of Orzone Group with a success history over 4 decades with billion-rupees business. The Group also made investments in leisure sector in Uva province with a long-term plan to maximize synergy of the Group.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Certificates in Quality Control
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Age below 35 (Male applicants only)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure to maintain quality assurance processes of the production floor
- Attend to QA related issues of the production floor on a daily basis and take corrective actions for deviations of standards with the support of superiors
- Conduct of all internal audits such as inline, end line & AQL within the production floor ensuring production output is in line with expected customer quality parameter
- Maintain & update documents related to audit results & generate reports as required by the management
