EXECUTIVE

(AVIVA INSURANCE) - UK

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in finance and administrative roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Candidates with experience working with Aviva Insurance UK or similar companies will be given preference.
    • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Successfully maintained a 100% adherence to SLA guidelines, guaranteeing the punctual completion of deliverables and surpassing stakeholder expectations.
    • Produced monthly Governance packs tailored for AVIVA UK Health, delivering crucial insights to onshore stakeholders for well-informed decision-making.
    • Executed monthly balance sheet reconciliations for provision accounts with precision.
    • Was part of reconciliation governance team, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards set by the month-end team. This commitment resulted in a commendable 25% reduction in discrepancies and heightened accuracy in financial reporting. Provided valuable support to team members, actively engaging in issue resolution.
