(AVIVA INSURANCE) - UK
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and administrative roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Candidates with experience working with Aviva Insurance UK or similar companies will be given preference.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Responsibilities:
- Successfully maintained a 100% adherence to SLA guidelines, guaranteeing the punctual completion of deliverables and surpassing stakeholder expectations.
- Produced monthly Governance packs tailored for AVIVA UK Health, delivering crucial insights to onshore stakeholders for well-informed decision-making.
- Executed monthly balance sheet reconciliations for provision accounts with precision.
- Was part of reconciliation governance team, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards set by the month-end team. This commitment resulted in a commendable 25% reduction in discrepancies and heightened accuracy in financial reporting. Provided valuable support to team members, actively engaging in issue resolution.
Work Time - 1.30PM to 9.30PM
