We are looking for young & performance-oriented individuals to fill the vacant position existing at our main glass manufacturing plant in HORANA.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/ BTech/ NDT or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Role
- Coordinate and supervise the packing operations, including inspecting, sorting, and packing glass products.
- Ensure compliance with packing specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely packing of finished products.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols in the packing area.
- Train and supervise packing staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Collaborate with other departments to address any packing-related issues and optimize processes.
