This critical role supports our teams by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across various platforms and systems, including the aXcelerate Student Management System, Pipedrive, SharePoint, and Google Workspace products. Job Description:
As the Internal Support and Data Integrity Officer, you will serve as the internal product champion, providing essential support for general computer queries and specialised software. Your role is crucial in maintaining the precision of our data and the efficiency of our software environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct spot-checks on data entered into systems by the team to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee and ensure timely updates of data by the team.
- Provide support for all teams with technical queries and issues.
- Deliver internal training on systems and procedures to enhance team capabilities.
- Generate monthly reports for senior management, showcasing data trends and integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Student Management Systems (SMS, LMS) and quality assurance processes.
- Strong familiarity with software such as aXcelerate, Pipedrive, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A commitment to maintaining high data quality standards and improving system processes.
