ASSISTANT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - MODERN TRADE
Revlon, one of the leading International Color Cosmetics and Personal Care Brand, invites applications for the position of Assistant Key Account Manager -Modern Trade, from aspiring sales professionals in Sri Lanka.
Job Description
- Conduct regular field visits to the outlets, benchmark, and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
- Implementation of customer business plans
- Ensure a smooth payment process from all Customers
- Consistent monitoring of business KPIs and timely submission of updates to the management. Establish Colour cosmetics with selected MT chains.
- Timely execution of brand/product launches with the customers.
- Monitor and feedback information about competitor activities in Modern Trade to HO immediately for action.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Professional qualification / part qualification in Sales (CIM / SLIM)
- Minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in sales / Key Account Management
- Work experience in MT / Personal care category is a must.
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid Driving licence
