Novateq Pallets: Lead the Sales Charge for Sustainable Logistics (Head of Sales)

Novateq Pallets, Sri Lanka's first and leading manufacturer of eco-friendly engineered wood pallets, is seeking a driven Head of Sales to join our dynamic team. As a pioneer in sustainable logistics, we're on a mission to transform the way goods move around the world.
In this leadership role, you'll:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, spearheading the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Manage and coach individual sales representatives, providing ongoing support and development.
- Develop and implement effective pricing and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales data and utilize insights to identify trends and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
You're the ideal candidate if you have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry with past experience launching new/innovative products to the market.
- A proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and bringing new products to market.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to develop and coach a sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
