Sales Manager - International Tele Calling

  • Salary: 150,000 LKR / month
  • Location: Green Lanka Towers, Colombo
  • Shift Timing: 11 am to 8 pm
  • Commissions in USD

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Secondary research and collect contact details of decision-makers from the target market.
  • Conduct outbound calls to international B2B prospects to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team to develop strategies and enhance sales processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Prior International BPO/ Tele Calling experience is mandatory.
  • Must have undergone International Voice/Tone and Accent training in the past.
  • Fluent in English language, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in B2B tele sales, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
