Sales Manager - International Tele Calling
- Salary: 150,000 LKR / month
- Location: Green Lanka Towers, Colombo
- Shift Timing: 11 am to 8 pm
- Commissions in USD
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Secondary research and collect contact details of decision-makers from the target market.
- Conduct outbound calls to international B2B prospects to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the international sales team to develop strategies and enhance sales processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Prior International BPO/ Tele Calling experience is mandatory.
- Must have undergone International Voice/Tone and Accent training in the past.
- Fluent in English language, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in B2B tele sales, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
