ROOTS TRAINING OFFICER
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to develop our employees' skills, knowledge, and attitudes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and address skill gaps through regular assessments.
- Evaluating employees at outlets and improve their performances.
- Coordinating with HR department for all HR development related works.
- Creating leadership development programs.
- Tracking training and development progress.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration.
- Previous experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably within the Food And Beverage Industry (Fast Food Chain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
