You should ideally;
- possess 02 years of relevant experience in a bank/financial institution preferably with exposure to branch banking
- possess good analytical skills
- be computer literate
- have good communication skills
- be a good team player
You will be mainly responsible for;
- assisting the senior officers of Acquired asset team for the disposal of the acquired assets to reduce the NP levels
- advertising acquired assets in print media, real-estate websites/internal websites
- assigning realtors and incentive schemes to find buyers for the assets
- attending to the clients/buyers discussions with the relevant officers and preparing related information
- assisting litigation work related to the Acquired assets
- making periodic visits with the team to maintain/ monitor the acquired assets
- handling/updating payments related to the acquired assets
- updating reports requested by the management/ regulator on monthly or quarterly basis
