If you're a talented and creative individual with a passion for design, eager to play a central role in shaping the visual identity of a leading Australian College, an exciting opportunity awaits you. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing all visual content across various channels, from social media to marketing collateral and make a significant impact on our global brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website graphics, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
  • Create eye-catching marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners and signages to support promotional campaigns and events.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative design techniques to enhance our visual communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various mediums, with a focus on digital design.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools, and video editing knowledge.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in an advertising agency or corporate entity.
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to operate according to Australian timing and calendar.
