Restaurant Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Making the rosters maintaining a manual record of staff attendance.
  • Overlooking staff and premises cleanliness and maintaining a pleasant environment.
  • Preparing coffee and juices, serving the guests and doing the billing on system when needed.
  • Always making sure customer satisfaction and engaging with customers.
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
  • Updating inventory reports on a bimonthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Restaurant Supervisor/ In-Charge role.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge in basic MS Office

Barista cum Steward

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to guests
  • Preparing coffee and juices, serving the guests and do the billing on system.
  • Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
  • Maintaining inventory.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a barista.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Brunch Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a new Italian/French Breakfast and Brunch Menu
  • Staff training on new menu items
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and evenings when required

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a cold kitchen or pastry and bakery.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
