EXECUTIVE - FINANCE
Ceylon Jewelry Manufacturers (Pvt.) Ltd (CJM) a BOI approved company located in Panadura Industrial Estate, Sri Lanka is a high-end Jewelry Manufacturing organization which produces design jewelleries using precious metal with exclusive diamonds and colored stones etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds, ensuring accurate recording and appropriate disbursements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for LKR currency accounts.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Reconcile profit and loss accounts at month-end, verifying expenses and their appropriate allocation.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Arrange for the issuance and distribution of cheques for various payments, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and utility bills.
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely in the MYOB accounting software.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance from a recognized university
- Part qualified in ACCA, CIMA or CA
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Hands-on experience in handling ERP Systems. Experience in MYOB will be an added advantage.
- Preferred candidates residing close to Panadura.

- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Committed to long working hours on business demand.
- Self-driven and ability to lead teams on specific projects.
