Executive-Development Merchandiser (Based at Athurugiriya):
Scope:
- We are looking for a dynamic young professional with a passion for advancing in Merchandising.
- Aspire to become a sought-after professional in the future.
- Energetic, team player with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the sample development process according to customer standards and drive towards commercializing developments for customer retention.
- Co-ordinate order execution on time and meet delivery targets.
- Manage critical path and ensure 100% customer co-ordination and on-time performance.
- Work with planning team on capacity booking, development team on forecasts, and greige booking.
- Provide solutions to manufacturing locations based on process and systems understanding.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma or professional Qualification in Marketing or Merchandising.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Development Merchandising.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation & Analytical Skills.
