Overview of the role
The Network and Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans to secure an adequate dealer footprint for our current and future business needs. You will also play a key role in expanding our dealership network into new market areas, ensuring adherence to feasibility studies and business plans.
What you will do
What equips you for the role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, Dealer Network Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
SLIM/CIM or CMA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in network management, sales, and business development within the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of the sector.
Proficiency in analyzing tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify and address their needs effectively.
Required skills to be successful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with various customers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify and address their needs effectively.
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, resourcefulness and time management capabilities. Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously to meet objectives.
