QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Jaysons Realty has been successful in planning, constructing and executing various projects in diverse spheres of industry for over 35 years. Some of their recent projects are The Little England Cottages, Nuwara Eliya that has caught the attention of many affluent individuals worldwide, a luxury apartment complex in De Saram Road, Mount Lavinia and a very exclusive project in Digana, Kandy. The Head Office of the company is situated in Mount Lavinia.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the below mentioned job role. (Successful applicant will have to travel between Digana, Kandy and Mount Lavinia)

KEY JOB ROLE
- Make bill of quantities with Engineer's estimate.
- Site visits, take physical measurements where needed, check interim payments, make interim payment certificates.
- Check variation orders.
- Conditions of contract-CIDA-SBD 2 knowledge for Contract administration.
- Prepare meeting minutes and handle communication with the team.
- Authorising material purchase.
- Creating and managing the site program.
- Visiting sites and checking bills and measurements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- NCT/HND or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 03 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to communicate in English (Good written and spoken skills).
- Proficiency Auto CAD, Primavera or MS Projects.
