Job Description:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a star class hotel or in a reputed restaurant in a similar capacity.
- Specialized in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
- Must hold professional culinary qualification.
- Age below 40 Years.
- Strong Communication in English and Sinhala.
- Candidates living in Nuwara Eliya preferred for the above position.
