Seeking a detail-oriented professional with a knack for laboratory furniture installation and civil construction. As a Laboratory Furniture Installation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless completion of projects, working directly under the guidance of our architects.
TECHNICAL OFFICER / SITE SUPERVISOR (MEP)
QUALIFICATIONS
- NCT, NVQ (4) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 01 year experience as technical officer.
- Ability to supervise finishing work of labor and contractors and prepare final measurements.
- Knowledge about MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Should have a valid driving license for a bike and other.
- Customer handling skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the installation of laboratory furniture, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with architects to meet project goals and specifications.
- Apply civil construction expertise to evaluate site conditions and structural needs.
- Perform regular inspections to maintain industry standards and project compliance.
- Provide progress updates and address concerns promptly.
