The Royal Institute Smart Academy (RISA) is a distinguished international online platform dedicated to delivering high-quality education to students pursuing Cambridge Ordinary Level and Advanced Level stages worldwide.
Position Summary
We are seeking for an experienced Consultant - E-Learning Strategy and Development to play a pivotal role in scaling up our RISA platform. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of educational insight, expertise in digital strategy, and a proven track record in similar areas. This role involves strategic planning, operational enhancement, market analysis, and the implementation of growth initiatives to enhance our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for scaling up the online school's offerings, focusing on market expansion, course diversification, and learner engagement.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital education landscape. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth.
- Operational Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, enhance digital learning platforms, and ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience for learners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with faculty, technology teams, and marketing professionals to ensure the successful rollout of new initiatives and subjects. Engage with external stakeholders, including educational partners and industry experts, to build collaborations that support growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives and monitor progress against these metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management on achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in in Business Administration, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and delivering content and driving expansion initiatives in a mass market setting, preferably within the online education sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of digital education trends, technologies, and best practices, with a focus on maximizing reach and impact in mass market settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
