Vacancy: Junior Executive - Yarn Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining all product specifications and quantities throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Machine parameter settings are adjusted to maintain the required quality standards.
  • Responsible for continuously working on product efficiency improvement, monitoring material usage, and ensuring proper handling of waste.
  • Ensure the availability of required raw materials and other accessories to sustain the production process without any downtime.
  • Assist the production team by providing support whenever necessary and efficiently handling team members.
  • Implement lean manufacturing concepts, KAIZEN projects, and innovations to develop the Processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining a skill matrix, as well as providing training and development opportunities for team members to achieve necessary competency levels.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Science, physical Science, Material Science, or Process Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Working experience in a similar field and knowledge on LEAN manufacturing will be a definite advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet required deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge in statistics, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy is mandatory.
  • Be prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility to achieve set targets.
