MEDICAL DELEGATE (MALE/FEMALE)
We are a leading health care provider of high-quality pharmaceutical products & medical devices and a subsidiary of M/s. Alaris Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. We are seeking highly motivated personnel with substantial experience to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market presence in the private market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing sales strategies for targeted KOLs in terms of business development.
- Cultivate healthy interpersonal relationships with stakeholders and target audience in the relevant segment and turn those into business.
- Be responsible for sales in the assigned area.
- Provide trustworthy feedback for precise forecasting.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of one year work experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
- Willing to take up challenges.
- Should possess an outstanding personality.
- Should possess sufficient educational qualifications.
- Be prepared to work long hours when necessary.
- Previous experience in handling injectables will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling private institutions is mandatory.
- Should be a team player.
- A candidate below 40 years of age is preferred.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
