EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and information to succeed. Responsible of monthly payroll, incentives and OT payments.
- Handling employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing counseling or disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and coordinating training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining HRIS databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Should possess minimum of 04 years work experience in a Commercial Bank/financial institution,
- Out of which, 02 years experience in the capacity of junior executive / executive.
- University degree / Professional qualification in HR Management.
- Sound knowledge in best industry practices and labor law.
- Should be flexible, innovative and people oriented person with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- IT literacy with MS Office package & Email.
