Overview of the role

The Performance MIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining performance measurement frameworks to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, user needs, and benefits. You'll be responsible for analyzing the performance of our company/division against these established measurements, providing valuable insights to stakeholders at all levels.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a formal reporting system to track sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial team for effective Sales Operation activities.
  • Analyze sales performance against objectives, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and trends.
  • Implement procedures for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analytics.
  • Collect monthly S&OP forecasts and assist in scheduling AOP plans.
  • Maintain and update company files for AOP, forecasts, and actualization.
  • Support in developing systematic investment plans and setting key sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and other functional groups for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance sales analytics and dashboards.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports for leadership reviews.
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and track operational metrics.
  • Drive process improvements by creating reports, tools, and automating processes.
  • Document essential processes and engagement rules for compliance.
  • Improve data quality and collaborate with project teams to implement analytics tools.
  • Analyze data to create actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with digital and analytical professionals to provide insights.
  • Work with agile or scrum teams on projects or continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide communications and change management support.
  • Develop reporting solutions through effective information gathering.

What equips you for the role

Prior experience in the finance industry using analytical and modeling techniques.

5+ years of experience in Finance/data analysis, preferably within the Automotive industry.

Expert knowledge of the complete automotive business model and value chain is preferable.

Solid business acumen, adept at identifying requirements, solving complex problems, and influencing teams and management.

Preferred knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Experience in the finance industry using analytical and modeling techniques.

Required skills to be successful

  • Self-starter, accountable, and results-oriented: takes initiative, meets deadlines and objectives, works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
  • Fast learner, agile, and capable of handling new and changing assignments with strong organizational skills. Analytical and curious: able to understand and interpret business contexts and complex scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting to management and larger audiences, resolving conflicts, and coaching.
  • Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
